If you decide that you no longer want an item purchased from , simply return it to us within 14 days of purchase and we will gladly offer you a refund or exchange (your choice) equal to the amount paid for the goods. We do not accept returns from purchases made through our stockists. We can only process returns on purchases that were processed through our online store.

The item(s) and any packaging and ticketing which the goods may have come in/with, must be in the same condition as when they left Sandy McLean.  You must also have proof of purchase of the goods (being an invoice from Sandy McLean) clearly identifying that the goods were purchased from  If these conditions are not met, we will unfortunately not be able to provide you with an exchange or refund unless the item(s) are deemed faulty, in which case proof of purchase must still be provided.

All sale purchases are final and cannot be returned (including exchanges and refunds). We kindly ask that you carefully consider your items before purchasing. Sale returns will only be accepted if the item(s) are faulty or wrongly described.

Return and Exchange Steps:

  1. Email your proof of purchase to and request a Return/Exchange Authorisation Number.
  2. Print and complete an Online Returns Form– this must be completed and sent to us with your return or exchange.
  3. Send your items to Sandy McLean (insert address) .  Please ensure you enclose:

- The completed Online Returns Form including the Return/Exchange Authorisation Number
- Your proof of purchase
- The item(s) for return or exchange, including packaging

Customers are responsible for organising the shipment of returns including the cost to send the return back to us. Sandy McLean is not responsible for the shipment of returns and will not replace or process a return that is lost during shipment. We recommend shipping returns through a tracked service.

Once the item(s) have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or refund on the cost of the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow 7 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund or exchange once processed.  We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. Items we exchange will be resent at our cost.

Stock quantities are not updated in real time, and therefore occasionally an item may be sold out at time of purchase. If you purchase an item that is sold out, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or full refund.
